A Manitoba Liberal government would adopt and help implement the economic development measures outlined in the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce’s report ‘Selling Winnipeg to the World.’ The Chamber’s report proposes an aggressive “private sector led collaboration that provides resources, develops a plan, launches initiatives, and works in partnerships with all three levels of government and other stakeholders to achieve economic results.”
