Manitoba PC leader Hugh McFadyen announced that he would move forward with legislation that recognizes professional credentials for new immigrants, allowing them the ability to fully participate in Manitoba ’s social and economic life. The new strategy would refocus the Immigration branch to provide newcommers with additional supports.
