PC Leader Hugh McFadyen today pledged to grant greater decision making powers to Manitoba ’s cities and municipalities by providing them an unconditional half percent of PST. McFadyen said the flow of PST will be offset by an equivalent reduction in the existing grants so that there is no net loss of revenue to any jurisdiction.
