Beginning March 12, 2012, the MGEU will be conducting a telephone survey of all Manitoba paramedics represented by the union. The survey is being done through an independent market research company. It is our sincere hope that paramedics will take the time, if called, to participate in the survey.
This exercise is being conducted exclusively for MGEU – not by Manitoba Health or any regional health authority. We are aware that confidentiality is a concern for many members. No names (or any information that could identify anyone) will be used so paramedics are encouraged to speak freely and truthfully if they are called. The information gathered will be used by MGEU to help determine paramedics’ workplace priorities, and to assist in determining MGEU’s lobbying efforts in the future.
