Earlier last month, members of Manitoba Lotteries Food & Beverage Local 260 voted down an offer from management. The employer agreed to the MGEU bargaining team’s request to return to the table and a revised offer was put forward to the membership this week in a vote.
Tonight the ballots were counted: members have voted to accept the agreement.
The Local 260 bargaining committee’s next step is to contact the employer and get the agreement finalized and signed before it can be printed and distributed to members.
In the meantime, members are encouraged to update their contact information here to ensure they receive a copy of the contract once available.
