Shortly before the holiday season, members of the Community Support component ratified a four-year collective agreement.

The deal included general wage increases for all classifications totaling 5.8% over the four-year period as well as wage standardization adjustments of 7.8% for certified Home Care Attendants and Mental Health Proctor 3s.

Local 115, Families First Home Visitors (Winnipeg) did not ratify the offer but a revised offer – including a Memorandum to review the Home Visitor classification – was tabled and ratified by the Local on December 20th.
