This week, members of Local 363, Winnipeg Clinic, ratified a new three-year collective agreement. The new agreement for about 95 employees, includes a 4.5% general wage increase over the life of the agreement with special adjustments for doctor’s assistants and nurses. The contract also allows new members to receive an MGEU orientation when hired.
Over the next few weeks, the agreement will be finalized and signed by both parties before it is printed and sent to all members of Local 363.
The two sides have been in negotiations since January 2010.
