After more than 50 bargaining sessions, members of GOLICO have reached a tentative 4-year agreement with the MLCC.
The agreement includes wage increases over each of the four years as well as increases to both full-time and part-time Flex-Benefit Health Spending Accounts.
The bargaining committee is recommending that members vote to accept the agreement. Ratification voting dates and locations are listed in the link below. A voting package, including a copy of the full tentative agreement, is also being mailed to GOLICO members.
