After a difficult round of bargaining that required the aid of a third-party conciliator, members of Canadian Blood Services - Local 200 ratified a new five-year agreement yesterday.
Highlights include wage increases in the third and forth year of
the agreement and increases to uniform and meal
allowances.
The Bargaining Committee encourages members who have not yet signed a membership application form to contact the MGEU Resource Centre to ensure they receive a copy of the collective agreement once it’s printed.
