Members
of Elizabeth Fry Society of MB – Local 301, who provide advocacy,
access to resources and support to women who are in conflict with the
law, ratified a new
four-year agreement yesterday.
Highlights of the agreement include a Recognition Pay increase upon ratification and improvements to leave, including three new self-care days.
The Bargaining Committee encourages members who have not yet signed a membership application form to contact
the MGEU Resource Centre to ensure they receive a copy of the collective agreement once it’s printed.
