Every year on April 28 we remember those who’ve lost their lives to workplace injuries and illnesses. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the first time in many years, workers, families, and activists won’t be able to gather on the National Day of Mourning to pay their respects.

Even though we’re apart, we can still be together to mark this important day. The MFL is rescheduling this year's Day of Mourning ceremony to be a Facebook Live event.

Tune in to https://www.facebook.com/ManitobaLabour at 11 am on Tuesday, April 28 for the virtual ceremony as we mourn the dead – fight for the living.
