Members of ROSE Inc. - Local 376, who provide residential and day program supports for intellectually challenged adults in St. Rose, ratified a new three-year agreement today.
Highlights of the agreement include the introduction of bonuses for long service steps and improved language around sick leave and hours of work.
The Bargaining Committee
encourages members who have not yet signed a membership application form
to contact the MGEU Resource
Centre to ensure they receive a copy of the collective agreement once
it’s printed.
