Members of Université de Saint-Boniface (Support) - Local 147 ratified a new four-year agreement today.
Highlights of the new agreement include improved vacation entitlements for part-time members and expanded retirement benefits.
The new agreement also includes a letter of intent to negotiate the implementation of new pay scales immediately after its expiry in July 2020, rather than waiting until the end of the next round of negotiations.
The Bargaining Committees for Université de Saint-Boniface - Local 148 (Professors) and Université de Saint-Boniface - Local 149 (Instructors) expect to receive their offers from the employer on April 25 and ratification votes will be scheduled shortly thereafter.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their collective agreement.
