Members of End Homelessness Winnipeg - Local 439, who partner
with community agencies, funders, the private and public sectors, and individual
supporters to address the root causes of homelessness and prevent its
occurrence, ratified their first collective agreement today.
Highlights of the three-year agreement include improvements to benefits, sick leave, increased compensatory days and a flexible work agreement.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their collective agreement.
