Twenty-year MGEU member, Robert Quon, a Corrections Officer at the Winnipeg Remand Centre, has challenged himself to raise $25,000 in support of children who live with and beat cancer.
He needs your support. So far Quon has raised $9,000 to cycle across Canada from Vancouver to Halifax for the Sears National Kids Cancer ride.
36 riders, including Quon, will cycle 7,000 kms starting June 13th, and ride an average of 250 km a day arriving in Halifax on June 24th.
