Members of Family Dynamics – Local 214, who provide coaching and community support to vulnerable families in Winnipeg, ratified a new 2-year agreement last night.
The agreement includes two years of wage freezes, but with a wage “reopener” in the event that additional funding is secured. Highlights include increases to child, adoptive and bereavement leave and a two-day wellness incentive pilot project.
Members are encouraged to make sure the union has their most current contact information in order to receive a copy of their collective agreement.
