Members of Falcon Lake Golf Course - Local 356 ratified a new agreement with a new employer yesterday.
It was a prolonged round of negotiations, with the Bargaining Committee first waiting for a provincial funding mandate, followed by a transfer of operations from Venture Manitoba Tours Ltd.
to Lakeland Golf Management.
The new five-year agreement with the new employer includes wage increases and improvements to benefits and equipment allowances.
