Members of the YWCA Thompson Residence Inc. - Local 424, who provide services ranging from cooking to housekeeping to reception at the facility, ratified a new three-year agreement this week.
Highlights include wage increases over life of the agreement and an additional day of personal leave.
The union will now meet with the employer to finalize and sign the contract for distribution to members.
