Members of Tamarack Recovery - Local 157, who provide counseling and residential care at the addiction recovery facility in Winnipeg, ratified a new three-year collective agreement yesterday.
Highlights of the agreement include wage increases in each of the three years and improvements to compassionate care and birth-of-a-child leave.
The union will now meet with the employer to finalize and sign the contract for distribution to members.
