Members of ROSE Inc. - Local 376 voted to ratify a tentative agreement with the employer today.
The new three-year agreement includes the establishment of a pre-retirement bonus and improvements to premiums and contract language.
ROSE stands for Regional Occupational Services Enterprises. Local 376 members provide day-programming and residential and vocational services for employment disabled Manitobans in the area.
