After over a year at the bargaining table, members of Southeast Child and Family Services – Local 395 who provide front line child welfare services to communities outside of Winnipeg ratified a tentative agreement today.
The new three-year collective agreement includes wage increases in each year of the agreement and improvements to maternity leave benefits as well as contract language.
