MGEU members are invited to join the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (CCPA) Manitoba office for the release of a new report about Manitoba’s public liquor sales and distribution model.
The report, Balancing Convenience with Social Responsibility: Liquor regulation in Manitoba, will be released in conjunction with a press conference at the Manitoba Legislature.
When: Thursday, Sept. 22 at 10:30 am
Where: Manitoba Legislature, front steps (Rainy day location – Millennium Library)
Following the press conference, report author and Public Finance Economist, Greg Flanagan, will provide a Public presentation lunch & learn, 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the Millennium Library (251 Donald, Carol Shields Room, second floor).
All are welcome to attend both events.
