Members of Australian Laboratory Services Canada - Local 166 ratified a new four-year agreement last night.
Highlights include wage increases in each year of the agreement and improvements to vision care, vacation leave, and bereavement leave.
After members rejected a previous offer from the employer on March 29, 2016, both sides returned to the table for further negotiations and reached a tentative agreement on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.
