Members of the NCN Family and Community Wellness Centre (Local 358) in Thompson voted to ratify a new five-year agreement today.
They had previously rejected a contract offer on Monday, May 2, and the employer agreed to return to the table. The new agreement includes an increase to night shift premiums and introduction of a weekend premium.
