This year Administrative Services Recognition Week is April 19-25 with Administrative Professionals Day on Wednesday, April 22nd. The event is celebrated worldwide, bringing together millions of people for community events, educational seminars and organizational activities recognizing support staff. Find a special way to say "thanks" on April 22nd!

In conjunction with Administrative Services Recognition Week, the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE) has created a poster for people to use in their workplaces, union offices and communities.

You can download the poster by clicking here or order copies by e-mailing the National Union at national@nupge.ca.

NUPGE represents a large number of administrative services workers across the country. These members provide administrative and support services in direct government and for many authorities and agencies in the broader public sector. They also work for private employers under contract to provide government services.

"Administrative services workers are critical to strong workplaces and to delivering effective and efficient services to families and communities," says James Clancy, NUPGE national president. "We want them to know their national union recognizes and appreciates everything they do."
