On April 15th the Local 200 Negotiating Committee reached a tentative agreement with Canadian Blood Services at conciliation. The agreement includes improvements to wages and benefits as well as the creation of two new classifications: Phlebotomist and Donor Care Assistant.
The Negotiating Committee feels that the this is the best deal available at this time, therefore the Committee is recommending acceptance. Detailed informational packages will be provided at the meetings, and the Committee will be present to answer questions from members of Local 200.
