After nearly two years at the table, members of the All Nations Coordinated Response (ANCR) - Local 365 ratified a new five-year agreement late yesterday.
The agreement includes wage increases, improvements to the health spending account, and an option for employees to bank regular time in exchange for time off.
Both sides have also agreed to meet within 90 days of signing the agreement to discuss further hours-of-work options to further expand services to clients.
