All Community Support Locals but Winnipeg Home Care/Home Support Local 113 ratify tentative agreement

This afternoon, the Community Support Bargaining Committee counted ratification ballots that members had cast throughout the latter part of September and into October 2015.

Members of the following Locals voted to ratify the tentative agreement:
Northern RHA, Local 401/407
Prairie Mountain RHA, Local 402/403
Southern RHA, Local 404/406
Interlake Eastern RHA, Local 405
WRHA Proctors, Local 114
WRHA Families First Home Visitors, Local 115

The Committee is asking these members to stay tuned for information regarding implementation of their agreement, including retroactive pay.

Members of WRHA Home Care/Home Support, Local 113, did not ratify the agreement. The MGEU will be contacting the employer shortly to request that the parties return to the bargaining table.
