Labour Day is our chance to celebrate the achievements of workers. As Canadians, it’s also our way to celebrate the last long weekend of the summer with family and friends – and what better way to do that than by attending your local Labour Day Picnic!

Winnipeg

Where: Central Park, 400 Cumberland Avenue
When: Monday, September 5: 1:30 - 4:30pm
The march will start at Memorial Park (1:30 pm) and head down Memorial Blvd, towards Central Park for the annual BBQ (2:30-4:30 pm).

Selkirk

Where: Selkirk Park
When: Monday, September 5: 12:30 – 3 pm
Everyone welcome! BBQ, bounceroo, music and prizes.

Brandon

Where: Errol Black Park (1st St. and Rosser Ave.)
When: Monday, September 5: 2 - 5 pm
Everyone Welcome! Free hot dogs, drinks and other goodies. Bouncy Houses, face painting and more. Hosted by the Brandon and District Labour Council.

Dauphin

Where: Vermilion Park
When: Monday, September 5: 11 am - 2 pm
Everyone Welcome! Free hot dogs and drinks.
Hosted by the Dauphin and District Labour Council

Thompson

Where: 19 Elizabeth Drive
When: Monday, September 5: 12 – 4 pm
Everyone welcome! BBQ, live entertainment, bouncy house, door prizes, pop and ice cream.
