Members of Seine River School Division (Education Assistants) Local 144 ratified a new three-year collective agreement on Sunday, June 14, 2015.
Highlights of the agreement include two percent annual wage increases (retro to July 1, 2014), an annual personal day entitlement (a first EAs in Manitoba) and improvements to the vacation pay model.
Earlier this spring, members of Seine River School Division (Trades) Local 143 and Seine River School Division (Support) Local 144 also ratified new collective agreements.
