St. Norbert Personal Care Home ratified a four-year agreement today. The contract included increases in each year and totalled six percent (0.5%, 1.25%, 2% and 2.25%) over the duration of the agreement.
The MGEU bargaining committee will be contacting the employer to get the agreement finalized and signed before it’s printed and distributed to members. In the meantime, members of Local 368 are encouraged to update their contact information to ensure they receive a copy of the new contract once it is available.
