In recognition of the significant contributions health care aides provide to our health care system, the Manitoba Government has proclaimed October 18, 2014, as Health Care Aide Day.
Over 8,000 Health Care Aides work in Manitoba in a variety of settings including acute care, residential care, home and community care. They are a vital part of our health care system, providing around-the-clock professional care for patients, clients and residents.
