Health Care Support Services elect executive for new Brandon Local

On Wednesday, June 19, 2013, members of the new Health Care Support Services Local in Area 3 (Brandon and surrounding area) elected their new Executive.

"The turn out at the meeting was fabulous," said MGEU President Michelle Gawronsky. "It was so great to see that kind of involvement and I can't wait to start working with members of Local 421 and their newly elected reps."

MGEU Director of Operations, Bob Dewar, HCSS Component Director Terry Rear, and Local 412, Area 2 President, Theresa Hardie all attended as guests of this inaugural meeting of the Prairie Mountain Region's Area 3 Local.

"It was truly our pleasure to welcome all new members and activists to the MGEU family," Gawronsky said.
