The Family Centre – Support Workers (Local 212) and the employer, Family Dynamics, reached a tentative agreement on a new contract last week.
Members of the Local are being mailed a package this week with the details of the offer and a ratification vote will be held in the workplace on June 20th at noon.
Ballots for voting on this offer will only be distributed at this meeting, so it is very important that everyone comes out cast their ballot.
The bargaining committee would like to thank everyone for their patience and encourages members to update their contact information here to ensure they receive a copy of the new contract once it becomes available.
