LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
The MB Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority - Locals 146, 425 and 426 Bargaining Committee exchanged bargaining proposals with the employer this spring and negotiations continued throughout July and August 2023.
The two sides have completed discussions re: non-monetary items like working conditions and contract language on the new merged agreement for these two groups.
Talks will move on to monetary items, like wages and benefits, at the next scheduled meeting.
The Province has directed LGCA to pause negotiations until such time as the new government can review all bargaining issues and provide a mandate. Please stay tuned.
