LATEST BARGAINING NEWS
The Canadian Blood Services - Local 200 Bargaining Committee exchanged bargaining proposals with the employer in early 2023 and negotiations re: non-monetary proposals like contract language and working conditions continued into the spring and summer.
In August, the two sides exchanged monetary proposals, which includes wages and benefits and talks are continuing.
Overview of Bargaining
Members of Canadian Blood Services - Local 200 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on April 27, 2022.
The Bargaining Committee then worked to pull together these proposals into a bargaining package to present to the employer.
