Overview of Bargaining So Far
Members of The Link (Skills4Life) - Local 458 had an opportunity to put forward their ideas and proposals for improving their collective agreement at a meeting on November 9, 2022.
The Bargaining Committee then worked to pull together the proposals into a bargaining package to present to the employer.
The Bargaining Committee begin negotiations with the employer on May 24 and 25, 2023.
The Link (Skills4Life) - Local 458 continued negotiations with the employer on June 7, 2023. Meetings scheduled for June 26 and 29 were cancelled.
Negotiations resumed on August 17, 23, and 24, 2023, and into September.
The Bargaining Committee continued negotiations with the employer on November 23 and 30, 2023.
